These terms govern your use of bradmerkur.au (the "Website"), operated by Brad Merkur, a licensed real estate agent operating through Knight Frank ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Properties shown under "Notable Sales" are past transactions presented as a record of experience; they are not current listings or offers for sale. Images may include artist impressions, indicative boundaries and annotations that are for illustration only. While we take care to ensure information is accurate, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or currency, and prospective purchasers should rely on their own enquiries.
